FAQs
Yes — we are currently welcoming new patients of all ages and backgrounds. Appointments can be scheduled by calling or texting us at (718) 253-9355.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. Call us with your plan details and our front desk will confirm your coverage before your visit.
Yes. Be Well is an all-in-one health center — primary care, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, pediatrics, and many more specialties practice under one roof, so referrals and follow-ups often happen in the same building.
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent test results or medical records you have.
We do our best to accommodate same-day and urgent visits — call us in the morning and we will find the earliest available time.
Results are shared through our patient portal and reviewed with your provider. If anything needs attention, our team will call you directly.
No referral is needed for most of our specialties — you can book directly with cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, podiatry, urology, and the rest of our team. If your insurance plan requires one, our front desk will help you arrange it.
Usually, yes. Blood draws are handled in our on-site laboratory and digital X-ray and ultrasound are performed in the building, so most testing your doctor orders can be completed the same day instead of at a separate facility.
Our cardiology team performs EKG, echocardiography, and stress testing in-office, and our interventional cardiologists handle more advanced evaluation and treatment when it is needed.
Yes. Our pediatricians care for infants through teens and our internal medicine physicians care for adults, so the whole family can be seen at one practice.
We do. Be Well includes general dentistry, optometry and ophthalmology for eye exams and vision care, and podiatry for foot and ankle problems — all part of the same practice.
Many outpatient procedures are performed in our on-site ambulatory surgery center, including general surgery, urology, orthopedic, podiatric, and pain management procedures, so you stay with the same care team from consultation through recovery.
Yes — our physical therapy team works alongside our orthopedics, sports medicine, and pain management providers, so your rehab plan is coordinated with the doctor treating the injury.
