Orthopedics

Our orthopedic surgeons treat bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons — new injuries and the wear that builds over years. Imaging and physical therapy are both in this building, which usually removes weeks from the process.

What we treat

  • Joint pain and arthritis — knees, hips, shoulders, and hands.
  • Fractures and sprains — with X-ray taken on site.
  • Back and neck pain — evaluation and non-surgical management.
  • Rotator cuff, meniscus, and ligament injuries — from sports and from daily life.
  • Carpal tunnel and tendon conditions — including injections and outpatient release.
  • Work injuries — evaluation, treatment, and documentation.

From X-ray to rehab in one place

X-ray happens down the hall, so your surgeon usually reviews the image during the same visit. Outpatient procedures are performed at our ambulatory surgery center, and rehabilitation runs in our on-site physical therapy gym under a plan the surgeon set.

Pain management and podiatry providers are here too when a problem crosses specialties.

When to see an orthopedic specialist

Your body usually signals when the musculoskeletal system needs attention. Consider an orthopedic visit for:

  • Persistent joint pain — wrist, shoulder, hip, knee, or foot.
  • Neck or back pain.
  • Muscle pain that does not settle with rest, heat, or ice.
  • Limited range of motion, or instability and weakness at a joint.
  • Injuries that keep recurring in the same place.
  • Swollen joints, arthritis, and other degenerative conditions.
  • Ligament or tendon tears, bursitis, dislocations, and broken bones.
  • Sports injuries.
