Pain Management

Chronic pain deserves a plan, not a shrug. Our pain management providers work out where pain is coming from and treat it with targeted procedures and medical management rather than open-ended prescriptions.

What we treat

Back and neck pain — including disc-related and arthritic pain.
Sciatica and radiating nerve pain — pain that travels down the leg or arm.
Joint pain — knee, hip, and shoulder pain that limits daily activity.
Neuropathic pain — including diabetic nerve pain.
Post-surgical and post-injury pain — when recovery has stalled.

Procedures we perform

Epidural steroid injections, joint and trigger point injections, and nerve blocks are performed in our ambulatory surgery center, with imaging done in the building beforehand.

Pain rarely belongs to one specialty. Our pain management team works alongside orthopedics, neurology, and our physical therapists, so injections are paired with the rehabilitation that makes the relief last.

Pain management is led by Dr. Ayman Farag, whose focus is reducing pain enough that it stops setting the terms of your day.
